Another Off-Week...Another Challenge

Short, sweet, and sweaty.

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it...

20 Hip Bridges
20 Squats
10 plyo pushups
10 regular pushups
20 Split Jumps
20 Split Squats
2:00 plank

You can test yourself in one of two ways:

1) Try to complete the circuit without resting


2) Try to make it around 3 times without stopping.

Either way, record your time and try it again on Saturday!!

Also during this off week, set-up an account with If you've already got one, be sure to update it with current information (height, weight, age, etc.) Your caloric needs may have changed.

Remember, you won't know how many calories you should be eating if you don't know how many calories you need. Calorie-count will give you an estimate of how much you need.

Also, keep trying to bring new people in. It adds to the camaraderie, the energy (and it adds another person to the intervals for more rest!!)

The best way to do this??

Keep changing the way you look - Lose fat, add muscle. When people start asking what you've been doing to look so good, then you won't have to drag them along, they'll willingly follow!!

Lastly, watch these video's and see if any of these exercises look familiar (or look like fun!!)
