My Calories for the Day

Here is a fun little task for you this weekend:

Total up how many calories are in the following days food consumption and post a response to this blog. The first person who gets it right, or the person who gets the closest will get a gift from me on Tuesday. You have until Monday to post your response.

Breakfast
  • 1 serving of frosted mini-wheats bite size
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 medium banana
Snack
  • 1 banana
  • 3 strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup grape juice
Lunch
  • 3 cups of chicken chile verde soup
  • 1 small salad with avocado
  • 2 cups of iced tea
Snack
  • 2 Trio (fruit and nut) bar
  • 1 serving of EAS Protein Powder
Dinner
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 large chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 2 tbsp hummus
